Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unopened condition. This will be at the customers expense for return of the goods in this scenario. We recommend a Tracked delivery service.

- Please note: We do not offer refunds for items purchased through our Rip 'n Ship service or for products that have been opened.
Refunds:
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at support@coralpanda.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Liability for Lost, Damaged, or Misrouted Orders:
- CoralPanda is responsible for ensuring your order arrives safely and in good condition. If your order is lost, damaged, or misrouted during shipping, please contact us immediately.
- We will cover any costs associated with resolving these issues, including replacement of the item(s) or refunding your purchase if necessary.
- Please report any lost, damaged, or misrouted orders to support@coralpanda.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date for us to assist you promptly.
